Labyrinth, Chautauqua County's only exclusively vegetarian restaurant, shares its kitchen with Brazil Lounge upstairs, where guests can explore an ever-changing selection of craft beer and wine. Located on Water Street in Fredonia, Raven & Thorn is a cozy cocktail and wine bar known for its welcoming atmosphere and focus on New York beverages. Located along the Lake Erie shoreline in Irving, Sunset Bay is home to two popular waterfront destinations. Southern Tier Brewing Company's Lakewood campus is home to The Empty Pint, the brewery's flagship taproom and restaurant, and the Southern Tier Distilling Company. Visitors can sample rotating craft beers, including taproom-exclusive releases, enjoy beer-inspired pub fare and relax in the outdoor beer garden. Brewery tours are also offered throughout the year.

A Bemus Point landmark on the shores of Chautauqua Lake, The Village Casino has been a local gathering place for more than a century. Originally established as a dance hall and entertainment venue, it continues to draw visitors with waterfront dining, live music and lake views. The Casino has twice held the Guinness World Record for the most chicken wings sold in 24 hours.
